ZOOM AS A PARTICIPANT

Overview

Zoom is a live web-conferencing tool used for real-time communication and collaboration between participants (also referred to as synchronous meetings). Zoom is the preferred video conferencing application your lecturers will be using to engage with you. It is advised that you do not switch on your webcam during class sessions as it will consume a lot of your data. Also, if the lecturer is not sharing his/her screen, it is best you leave your zoom application on a hibernated mode if you are using zoom on mobile.
