Staff Bio
Ms Ishana Gangaram is an Instructional Designer at the University of KwaZulu Natal. She joined the University in July 2000 as an administrator. While serving in various academic administrative roles she obtained her BA Communications (UNISA, 2003) then BA Hons Industrial Psychology (UNISA, 2005) and Master in Higher Education (UKZN, 2019). After the completion of her Masters degree she took a keen interest in Health Professions Education. She involved herself in providing support to projects related to Inter Professional Practice, Extended Community Health Outreach (ECHO) and the development of a digital feedback tool. Her interest is in technology enhanced learning through communities of practice in the health professions.
